Codeworks fails to install under Ubuntu 18.04 and later

Description

Codeworks is packaged with Unreal engine download from Github, but depends on Libpng12, which is deprecated. Current version of Libpng is Libpng16

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open your 4.24.3 install folder and navigate to Engine/Extras/AndroidWorks/Linux and run CodeWorksforAndroid-1R6u1-linux-x64.run in the Terminal

Results: ./Launcher: error while loading shared libraries: libpng12.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Expected: CodeWorks is installed
