Description

The rotate about axis material node appears to cause z-fighting in mesh particles if they are scaled in the simulation.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an opaque, unlit material
  2. Enable Use with Niagara Mesh Particles in it's usage flags
  3. Follow the set-up in the attached image
  4. Create a Niagara system based on the Fountain template emitter
  5. Remove the sprite renderer and add a mesh renderer
  6. Set the mesh to a Cube, and add an override material setting it to the material from step 1
  7. In the Initialize Particles module override the mesh scale, and set it to .1, .1, .1
  8. Scrub forward in the timeline, and pause when several particles are on screen in the preview window
  9. Move around the particles in the preview scene

RESULT

Some mesh particles should show artifacting/z-fighting. See attached image.
