Use Deferred Shading (r.Mobile.ShadingPath=1)

Enable DBuffer Decal

All Lights’s mobility is Static

Decal Material settings : 

  • Material Domain - Deferred Decal
  • Blend Mode - Translucent
  • Decal Blend Mode - DBuffer Translucent Color

Decal is not visible when the metallic value of the metal responding to Decal is zero.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open “DefaultEngine.ini” file
  2. Add “r.Mobile.ShadingPath=1”
  3. Open “Project Settings”
  4. Enable “DBuffer Decal”
  5. Enable “Support armv7”
  6. Enable “Support Vulkan”
  7. Restart if neccessary
  8. Change All of Lights’s mobility to “Static” 
  9. Build Lighting
  10. View Vulkan Mobile Preview
