The CVar r.MeshStreaming doesn't influence the DDCKey of staticmesh, but it does for skeletalmesh DDCKey.

The CVar r.MeshStreaming doesn't influence the DDCKey of staticmesh, but it does for skeletalmesh DDCKey.

Steps to Reproduce

The r.MeshStreaming influences the DDCKey of SkeletalMesh in BuildSkeletalMeshDerivedDataKey, but it doesn't in BuildStaticMeshDerivedDataKeySuffix.
