iPhonePackager code signature not supported by iOS 15

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Package for iPhone from PC
  2. Attempt to install on an iOS 15 device
  3. At Install: VerifyingApplication (40%) an error will occur

ERROR: Install failed. Got error "ApplicationVerificationFailed" with code 0xe8008029: (The code signature version is no longer supported.)
