Using the standalone installer, select the iOS component.
Create a project
Try cooking for the iOS platform.
Following message will appear:
RemoteMac.SshOutput: ERROR: Unhandled exception: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "[INSTALL_FOLDER]/Engine/Binaries/Mac/UnrealHeaderTool.target".
Bringing this folder in from a regular "internet" install fixes the problem.
