gismos is not rendered correctly in editor with vulkan on mobile preview

gismos is not rendered correctly in editor with vulkan on mobile preview

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open editor, set the Default RHI to vulkan in the ProjectSettings.
  2. Change to mobile preview
  3. Select any actor in the scene and view the gismos.

The tansform and scale gismos are not rendered at all, rotate gismos is in wireframe mode.
