Description

When creating a blend space within UE5, root motion options are greyed out and can NOT be selected, no matter if the animation has EnableRootMotion checked or not. I also made sure to try an animation that didn't have EnableRootMotion enabled. When looking at the animation within it's own BP and not within a Blend Shape the options became available when checking EnableRootMotion. However, when looking at the animation within the Blend Shape the options are not available no matter if EnableRootMotion is checked or not.

Regression info: Although these options in the menu are new for UE5; UE4 had an option to "Process Root Motion" within this menu. When enabling that option it created the same result as expected for Loop from UE5.

 Repro Ratio: 3/3

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Third Person Template project
  2. Go to Content>Characters>Mannequins>Animations
  3. Choose an animation and open it
    • I chose Quinn>MF_Walk_Fwd
  4. In Asset Details>Root Motion check box for EnableRootMotion
  5. Save and close animation
  6. Right click in content browser
  7. Choose Animation>Blend Space
  8. Choose SK_Mannequin
  9. Open newly created Blend Space
  10. In Asset Browser find your animation and drag it into the point graph to apply the animation to the skeleton
  11. In Viewport click on Character>Animation>Root Motion

Expected Result: Ignore is selected by default and other options are available to select. Other options are: "Loop" and "Loop and reset"

Actual Result: Ignore is selected by default and other options are NOT available to select. Other options are: "Loop" and "Loop and reset"
