Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a ThirdPersonTemplate project in UE4
  2. Create an opaque material and set 5 to the emissive pin
  3. Assign the material to a sphere in the scene
  4. Select the post-process volume and set the bloom intensity to 5
  5. Change to mobile preview and observe the brightness of the sphere.
  6. Open the project in UE5 and change to mobile preview, do a comparison with UE4.
