We should ideally hide the setting, but at the very least we can make it a warning if you check it indicating it's not gonna do anything.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an actor blueprint
  2. Add an Event Dispatcher in the "My Blueprint" window
  3. Select it, and look at the details panel

Result: You can edit the "Replication" properties, even though event dispatchers do not support replication.

Expected: The replication options are greyed out and cannot be changed, with tooltip that says "Event dispatchers don't support replication" or something like that
